Dark Honey

Our darkest and most full-bodied honey. This rich late-summer honey is made from a mix of late-season flowers, oak honeydew and possibly a touch of heather forage.

It has deep, caramel-like tones with a stronger, more intense flavour than our other honeys. The late-summer forage also gives this honey its naturally dark colour and makes it particularly rich in antioxidants.
